1. Destinations and allowance
The plan includes 2 GB for its service period. Plans are available for Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia. The selected plan determines its destination and coverage; listing these destinations does not imply multi-country coverage.
2. Validity
Validity begins at activation and ends at 23:59 Hong Kong Time (HKT, UTC+8) on the same Hong Kong calendar date. This applies regardless of your destination. The plan does not last 24 hours from activation. Later activation leaves less time to use the allowance.
Example: activate at 20:00 HKT on 10 November; service ends at 23:59 HKT on 10 November. Confirm which setup event triggers activation before installing your eSIM.
3. Price
The plan price is HKD 8.90, SGD 1.50 or USD 1.20. Confirm the selected payment currency, any applicable taxes or mandatory charges, and the final total before agreeing to an order.
4. Payment deadline
Payment is due before 18:00 HKT on the day after the activation date in HKT. For activation on 10 November HKT, payment is due before 18:00 HKT on 11 November. A different destination time zone does not change this deadline. This is a paid service, not a free trial.
5. Delivery and setup
The eSIM and instructions are delivered by email and WhatsApp. Provide accurate contact details that you can access. Setup requires an internet connection and a compatible device that can use the selected network. Connection depends on successful setup and supported network availability. Keep your activation credentials secure.
6. Confirm before ordering
Contact our team for the payment methods, any fees or interest, late-payment policy, delivery timing, any eligibility checks, and cancellation and refund conditions. Also confirm what happens after 2 GB, any additional-data options, and whether hotspot sharing, voice, SMS or a particular network technology is supported.

7. Support and consumer rights
For delivery, activation, billing or service issues, email info@powerdata2go.com with your order reference. Do not post activation codes publicly. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
