PowerData2Go — The Better Way To Connect

HELP & SETUP

A smoother start to your trip.

Check your phone, then follow the installation and activation instructions for your plan.

Can my phone use an eSIM?

Look for “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan” in your phone settings, then confirm support for your exact model and market with the device manufacturer. Your phone also needs to be network-unlocked.

When should I install and activate?

Read the instructions for your specific plan. Some validity periods start on installation; others start when the eSIM connects to a destination network. Do not assume all plans work the same way.

How do I get started on iPhone?

Connect to reliable Wi-Fi. Open Settings → Cellular/Mobile Service → Add eSIM and follow the supplied QR code or manual installation instructions. Menu labels vary by version and region.

How do I get started on Android?

Connect to Wi-Fi. Look for SIM Manager or mobile network settings, choose the option to add an eSIM and follow the supplier instructions. Menus vary between manufacturers.

What if data does not work on arrival?

Select the travel eSIM for mobile data. Check the plan’s data roaming and APN instructions, then try airplane mode or restart your phone. Do not delete the eSIM before asking for support.

Can I keep my usual number?

Dual-SIM phones can often keep a home line active, but calls, SMS or data may incur home-operator charges. Check settings before travel. A data eSIM does not automatically forward calls or messages.

Need a hand?

Send your device model, destination and a screenshot of the error. Keep eSIM QR codes and activation credentials out of public messages.
